Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
Click on the following link, enter your order number and email address, and create a return label: Support@HarperKelly.shop
Enter your order number and select the item you wish to return.
You will immediately receive an email from ForestLeaf with the subject line "Your Harper Kelly Return Label".
Click on the link in this email.
Click on the "Download Your Shipping Label" button. A new window will open containing your return label. Please print this label and attach it to the outside of your box or plastic envelope.
You can place the label in a USPS mailbox, give it directly to your mail carrier, or drop it off at your local post office.
The card used to purchase the item will be automatically refunded once the item arrives at our warehouse.
