Harper Kelly provides you with services subject to the following terms. If you visit or shop at Harper Kelly, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 days of your order.

Refund Policy

Harper Kelly offers refunds up to 30 days from the date of your purchase (minus shipping costs). We accept returns on unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase.

Bottles that have been opened, used, partially used, or have broken security seals are subject to separate return guidelines. Returns for opened or used bottles are limited to two bottles per order per product. No more than two opened bottles per order number can be returned.

Only one refund is allowed per household per product order (for a specific product) under our 30-day money back guarantee. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund orders related to previously returned products or if any return is deemed an excessive refund.

Once the return is approved, the product is shipped back and fully processed by us, you will receive a total refund amount, minus a 15% return processing fee, which is non-negotiable.
